DIY Paper Plate Witch Hats

This Halloween, I am working a DIY table at an event and mocked up these super cute witch hats out of paper plates. I wanted to share these little instructions I made in case someone wanted to try making it, or is a teacher and needed a super fun and simple art project that takes very minimal materials!
